ABOUT VPUGS
As an undergraduate research assistant, I get the opportunity to look into different organizations on campus and the role they play with students. With the large population on the University of Missouri campus, it is no surprise that there are hundreds of organizations on campus. My job is to find these organizations that could be helpful and write articles that will then help guide fellow students.
FIRST PROJECT
Three University of Missouri academic advisors were honored at the 2025 NACADA Conference for their exceptional dedication to student success, earning regional awards for excellence in advising and mentorship.

FINAL PROJECT
Dr. E. Andre Thorn photographed with me was my first mentor while attending Mizzou. I was asked to cover the Center for Academic Success & Excellence graduate ceremony. During the ceremony I was brought on stage and honored by mentor. This was my final project as a VPUGS intern and was the best way to end my time at Mizzou.
